About The Mastermind Leader ~ Jennifer Drago
For nearly 30 years, Jennifer worked as a strategy and operations executive in nonprofit corporations, developing and implementing laser-focused strategy to guide their growth. She has launched more than 20 new businesses and helped to found three nonprofits.
Today, she serves corporations as a fractional strategy officer as well as entrepreneurs and small business owners helping them increase their impact, productivity and efficiency. As an entrepreneur herself several times over, she understands firsthand how challenging it can be to work ON the business while also working IN the business every day.
Jennifer holds a bachelor degree in Finance, a master degree in Business Administration and a master degree in Health Services Administration from Arizona State University. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a trained Mastery Method coach.

1:1 Individual Coaching
Each participant in the Entrepreneurial Success Mastermind will have access to three 1:1 sessions, 45 minutes each. You can schedule these sessions as you wish and get help on strategy development, goal-setting, moving through blocks, business guidance or leadership.

These educational modules will focus on the knowledge, tools and resources you need to fully step into your CEO role with confidence and achieve the business results that you desire. A new module will be released every 2-3 weeks during the Mastermind, allowing you to fully integrate the practice or learnings into your business. Topics include:

Bi-Weekly Group Coaching
In these sessions, we will answer questions about the current educational content/module and help you to implement the new learnings. You will also have accountability on your goals and real-time advice on your business issues. These will be recorded and available for viewing at any time during the Mastermind.
Private Facebook Community
All Mastermind participants will be invited to join a private Facebook community designed for our Mastermind. You will have 24/7 access to ask questions, receive guidance and feedback, and support each other.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
If you are unhappy with the value of this Mastermind, you may receive a refund at any time for the unused portion of your Mastermind, prorated for unused months in the package. The maximum refund that will be issued is for 3 months or 50% of the package price.
