What's Included:

Strategy Intensive

At the beginning of your coaching container, we will schedule a 4-hour session to develop your business strategy, your 3-year business vision, your annual goals and a customized scorecard for your business. We will also get clear on the potential roadblocks and obstacles you may face in achieving your goals and develop an action plan for our ongoing coaching sessions.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions

Following the strategy intensive, we will schedule one-hour coaching sessions on a bi-weekly basis for the remainder of our 6-month container. You dictate the topic of each session to meet your needs. I am available to support your business and personal goal accountability, help with strategy adjustments, offer business guidance and assist you in working through blocks and limiting beliefs.

About Your Coach ~ Jennifer Drago

For nearly 30 years, Jennifer worked as a strategy and operations executive in nonprofit corporations, developing and implementing laser-focused strategy to guide their growth.

Today, she serves busy entrepreneurs and small business leaders by teaching them these principles and strategies to apply in their own businesses. As an entrepreneur herself several times over, she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to work ON the business while also working IN the business every day.

Jennifer holds a bachelor degree in Finance, a master degree in Business Administration and a master degree in Health Services Administration from Arizona State University. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a trained Mastery Method Coach.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with my coaching, you can cancel at any time. After the strategy intensive is completed ($2,500 value), the remaining value of the package will be prorated and any unused portion of the 11 coaching sessions will be refunded upon request.
